Propr

Ramona Furter · applying for Affiliate Manager, Propr.xyz · Zurich, CET

Your affiliate program pays on one of your five revenue lines.

Your ad asks for comparison sites, PPC affiliates and sub-affiliate networks. Those partners negotiate before they place, and 15% of a $275 challenge is $41.25 against a blended CAC target you publish as under $40. Below is the rate card I would bring to week one, worked on your own numbers.

You pay for the sale, not for the trader

Your affiliates page calculates commission on net evaluation fees. Your governance proposal lists five revenue streams and an ARPU of $350+ against a $275 first fee, so the partner gets paid on the event that says least about whether the trader stays.

Those 27 purchases are $7,425 in net evaluation fees. Your top tier pays 15% of that, so the partner earns $1,113.75 whichever event it settles on. What changes is what you bought with it.

What it invites

15% of a $275 challenge is $41.25. Your published blended CAC target is under $40.

Affiliates cannot become the growth engine and stay inside that number while commission settles on the first fee alone. A smaller rate would only make the program less competitive, so the fix is to pay the partner for the four revenue lines it currently ignores.

Term 01

11% at the purchase, 4% released at day 90

Same 15% headline you already publish, paid for two different things. Partners need cash inside 30 days to keep buying media, so the bulk settles at the sale. The held quarter is what makes blow-up farming unprofitable, because it only pays if the referred trader is still funded and trading.

Term 02

A rev-share tail on repeat purchases and profit share

Your ARPU is $350+ against a $275 first fee, and you keep 10 to 20% of funded trader profits. Paying a tail on both lets a partner who sends traders that last earn past 15% without a first sale ever costing more than $41.25.

Term 03

90-day cookie, self-referrals void, coupon and commission never stack

Your checkout carries a coupon field and a free trial tier, and that combination is what makes self-referral pay. Commission is calculated on the fee actually collected, disputes get one named owner and a five working day reply, and the reporting cadence is monthly with clawback stated in the contract rather than negotiated after the first case.

I would not ask an affiliate to stake your token

Your proposal lifts the base 5% referral rate to 15% through $PROPR staking with a six or twelve month lock, while your affiliates page reaches the same 15% through referred revenue. A comparison site's finance function will not hold a volatile token for a year to earn a competitive rate, and a partner reading both pages gets two different answers about how 15% is reached. Price the deal in USDC, keep the airdrop points as upside for the creators who actually want them, and make the two pages agree.

The day-90 hold is the only term here that product has to enforce, so a postback that reports funded status and day-90 activity per referral is the first engineering ask. That is the conversation I would want with Louis first, before the TGE on 24 August moves the airdrop side of the offer.

Where I fit, and where I do not

Setting commercial terms with counterparties who have a finance function

Lead Project Manager, Brixel, Zurich, June 2023 to September 2024.

I owned the partnerships with UBS and Baloise and was the bridge between senior client stakeholders and the internal product team. Both halves are this job: agree what the deal actually is, then get engineering to build the tracking the deal depends on. Negotiating with a bank's procurement teaches you what the case above assumes: a professional counterparty will not accept a term their finance side cannot model.

The funnel maths, on a real profit and loss

Senior Product Manager, Lead E-Commerce, Ifolor Group, October 2024 to July 2025.

A CHF 100M+ e-commerce business where I lifted conversion by 9% and the checkout step rate by 15% through research, A/B testing and analytics in GA4. Before that I built growth and go-to-market for internal startups at Sparrow Ventures and for WePractice, where cutting CAC while scaling acquisition was the whole job. Reading a report and naming the lever is the part of your requirements I can do from day one.

I have not owned an affiliate program

Three years running one as the program owner is the first line of your requirements and I do not have it. I have not worked in Tune, Affise, Everflow or Cellxpert, I have no existing relationships in the prop-firm affiliate world, and I have not run crypto payout operations. If you need someone who can open with a roster already on speed dial, I am not that person.

How I work

XBorg describes itself as a small team supercharged with the best AI tools. That is the same reason I can arrive at a program I have never run with the rate card already written: at Swiss Post I built a synthetic avatar that reviews a pitch before it goes out and cut feedback time by 90%, and Pedal Peak is a live cycling platform I built end to end, 331 routes across 12 countries, with real riders on it.

I designed and built this site with Claude Code. I researched the case, chose the assumptions and own the recommendation.
